How much does it cost to register a business online?
Our service fee is 39,90 €. On top of that comes the trade office's fee as per your municipality's bylaws. The office sends you the fee notice.
What do I need to register?
ID card or passport, the business address and a description of the activity. For a UG or GmbH, the commercial register number or the articles of association.
Which trade office is responsible?
The one for the municipality where your business is based. Enter the place and we'll show you the right page.
I'm a freelancer. Do I need this?
No. Freelance professions don't register a business, only with the tax office. We clarify this in the first question, before any costs arise.
